PMc says:

We love this recipe because it’s versatile and perfect for grilling season. To make prep easier, marinate the chicken ahead of time, allowing it to absorb the flavors fully. Using metal skewers saves time on clean-up, but wooden ones soaked in water also work well

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers Cooking Tips

  • Cut the chicken into even pieces to ensure it cooks evenly on the grill.
  • Don’t skip preheating your grill—it helps prevent sticking and ensures a good sear.
  • For extra flavor, brush the garlic parmesan butter sauce on the kabobs while they’re still hot off the grill. This lets the sauce coat the chicken perfectly.
