Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl add the hamburger, bread crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix together until it is well combined and the egg is incorporated.1 pound hamburger meat, โ cup bread crumbs, 1 large egg, salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Using a spring release scoop, scoop the mixture into balls.
- Place the meatballs in a baking dish. Pour the soup over the meatballs and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.1 can french onion soup
- While those bake, cook the onions. In a medium skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add onion slices and cook over medium-low heat until onions caramelize, about 15 minutes. Stir frequently. Remove them from the skillet when caramelized.2 medium yellow onions, 2 tablespoons oil
