These Easy low-carb recipes are my friend Kendyll’s favorite keto recipes. You’ll adore them, too, and use them week after week. Low-carb living will be delicious with these recipes!
These keto recipes are quick and easy. They make getting dinner on the table easy whether you’re cooking for one, two, or a family. Most can be made in 30 minutes or less.

- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 pound ground beef
- Salt, to taste
- 4 oz
cream cheese - 1 c mozzarella shredded
- 1 c cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 c beef broth
- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 small bag frozen broccoli (or cauliflower)
Brown beef with garlic and onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
Drain and add 4 oz cubed
Keto Smothered Cabbage video
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 white onion
- ½ tablespoon Morton’s Nature Seasoning or any all-purpose seasoning
- 2 cups beef broth
- ½ pounds of Ground beef
- ½ tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 2 cups freshly grated cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans diced tomatoes – fire-roasted or whatever you have on hand
- 8 ounces sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
- 8 ounces
cream cheese , softened
- Roughly chop cabbage and onion and place in
Dutch oven . Season with Morton’s nature seasoning. - Pour beef broth into a
Dutch oven , cover, and set on the stove on medium heat. - Cook and crumble ground beef in a skillet with all-purpose seasoning and granulated garlic.
- While that’s cooking grate 2 cups of cheddar cheese.
- Once the beef is cooked, drain and add more all-purpose seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper
- Add two cans of diced tomatoes. Stir, place the lid on the skillet, and cook for 15 minutes.
- Stir together sour cream and
cream cheese until smooth. - After the beef mixture has cooked for 15 minutes, stir the sour cream mixture into it.
- Drain the cabbage, pour the beef mixture over the cabbage, and top with cheese.
- Cover and bake in 350F oven for 20 minutes.
Parmesan Chicken Bake video
- 4 chicken breasts
- Italian Seasoning
- Garlic salt
- Low Carb marinara
- 2 cups fresh mozzarella cheese
- Place 4 chicken breasts in a casserole dish. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and low-carb marinara over the top.
- Cook at 350F for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with 2 cups fresh shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Put back into the oven on broil for 5 minutes.
Cream Cheese Salsa Chicken (Slow cooker) Video
- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons low-carb taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste, if desired
- 4 ounces
cream cheese cut into chunks - 1 cup low-carb salsa
- ¼ cup chicken broth
Add whole chicken breasts, taco seasoning, salt & pepper if you’re using it,
Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
When done cooking, remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it. Add it back to the slow cooker with the juice and mix.
Add to low-carb tortillas or lettuce.
Keto Taco Soup Video
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup onion, diced
- 8 ounces
cream cheese - 2 and ½ cups beef broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 cans diced tomatoes with green chiles, I like mild
- 1 package taco seasoning
Directions
- Cook ground beef and onion, drain.
- Add 8 ounces
cream cheese . Whencream cheese - melts Beef broth and Heavy cream.
- Add 2 cans tomatoes with green chiles and a
- Package of taco seasoning. Stir.
- Simmer 30 minutes.
- Top with jalapenos and cilantro.
Ground Beef Skillet Dinner video
- 2 pound ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 8 ounces
cream cheese - ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cans green beans, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
Directions
Saute ground beef and onion.
Add
Top with drained green beans.
Top with cheddar. Cover and cook on medium 13 minutes.
Easy Fajita Shrimp Dinner video
- 2 cups frozen shrimp
- 1.5 cups sliced fajita veggies: red bell peppers, onions
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 2-3 tbsp oil
- Juice of 1 lime
Directions
- Toss all ingredients & air fry @ 400F for 10 mins, shaking halfway.
- Take them out & enjoy!
