DELI MEAT ROLL UPS
As we age, it becomes more difficult to lose weight. It’s a reality. I’ve managed to maintain my weight even while cooking and managing a food blog. I run and have for years. Also, I recently started exercise classes. I do the classes twice a week and can already tell a difference in my body and my metabolism.
I’m also very conscious of what I eat. Planning food and recipes is key to weight maintenance and this site.
Another way I manage weight is by watching my carbs. I’ve learned about my body and need to manage my carb intake. However, that doesn’t mean bland, boring food. One of my favorite better-for-you meals is Deli Meat Roll-Ups

FAVORITE DELI MEAT
My favorite deli meat to use is HORMEL® NATURAL CHOICE® deli meat. The makers of NATURAL CHOICE® deli meats do not use added preservatives or artificial ingredients that other brands may. They use a process called HPP. HPP is an all-natural process that helps to maintain wholesomeness and flavor. It’s a cutting-edge, all-natural process. They offer 100% lunchmeat options at 100% affordable prices. Win-win!
I typically use NATURAL CHOICE® Honey Deli ham or Oven Roasted turkey. You can visit their website to see all the product selections. I made several options for my Deli Meat Roll Ups. You are only limited by your imagination so choose flavors and ingredients that you crave.
