Deconstructed Green Bean Bundles Casserole
Made with canned green beans, this simple casserole is a cinch to make. It’s a tasty and easy side that accompanies any main entree.
I used the same flavors in traditional Green Bean Bundles. Green Beans, bacon, Italian dressing mix, apple cider vinegar, and a dash of black pepper are all mixed together and cooked until soft.
The bacon gives the beans a nice smokey flavor. Alternately, the vinegar gives them a bright, fresh zing.

- I used Italian Cut Green Beans. Italian Cut are wide and flat green beans. You can use regular cut, French Cut (finely sliced), fresh, or frozen. One notation, it will take longer for fresh green beans to cook.
- Cooking bacon and chopping it is one option. To save time, you can use Real Bacon Bits.
- Two cans of green beans fill an 8×8-inch baking dish and yield a hearty 6 servings.
- This recipe can be easily doubled to serve more people.

This sounds AMAZING!! I use NOTHING BUT Italian cut green beans, as green beans are my all time fave veggie, and the Italian get me the most “bang for my buck!!”
Yes, I agree. I love green beans too!
These green beans look amazing! I don’t use Italian cut very often and now I must go out and get some so I can make this dish.
Thank you so much!
