KISSES® Cookies & Cream Chocolate Fudge
For many years now, I’ve made cookie and candy trays for the holidays for my neighbors and friends. It’s just I tradition I began as a nod to a neighbor of mine when I was growing up. She brought my family a tray of cookies and fudge every year. Even though my mom made holiday treats, there was something about getting that tray once a year that was so special.
You’ll also enjoy this chocolate dip with cocoa powder for holiday parties.
I typically include fudge as well as cookies and snack mix in the treat trays.
The addition of Hershey Kisses in fudge not only makes it a perfect recipe for a treat tray but also introduces a fun pop of color and a wonderful contrast in texture.

Holidays are stressful enough without having to stress about making a dessert or food gift. This recipe is a make-ahead treat that’s simple. It’s always appreciated by the recipient!
I want to give someone a special memory, so I make the cookie and candy trays. It takes me almost all day to make and package the candy then the boys deliver the trays.

Here’s what you’ll need
The full recipe with ingredient amounts and instructions is at the bottom of this post. You can save a tree and the recipe to your personal and private recipe box here on Call Me PMc. This way, you’ll never misplace it.
- 18 ounces milk or dark chocolate candy melts or chocolate chips. You can mix dark, semi sweet, and milk chocolate if you prefer.
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. You can use low-fat or fat-free for this recipe.
- 1 cup KISSES® Cookies & Cream chocolate coarsely chopped. Or any chocolate candy or kisses that you like.
- 1 cup chocolate wafers, chocolate graham crackers, or pretzels coarsely broken.
I include fudge because it’s so very easy to make and almost everyone loves fudge. Just be conscious of adding nuts to treats you share. It’s always a good idea to put a brief ingredient list or disclaimer if you add an ingredient that a lot of people are allergic to.

KISSES® Cookies & Cream Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
- 18 ounces chocolate candy melts or chips
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup KISSES® Cookies & Cream chocolate coarsely chopped
- 1 cup chocolate graham crackers or chocolate cookies, coarsely broken
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a double boiler, add chocolate and milk. Bring water to a boil and melt chocolate. Stir constantly. When chocolate is completely melted and smooth, remove from heat.
- Stir in chocolate wafers. Fold in KISSES® Cookies & Cream chocolate. Pour into prepared 8×8 pan and smooth top.
- Chill for at least two hours. You can chill in the refrigerator or counter, just allow it plenty of time to set and become firm. Fudge slices better when it cold, but you may want to bring it to room temperature to serve. (I personally like it room temperature, but my husband prefers it cold! )

The cupcakes are topped with a soft, marshmallow-like buttercream that you put on top of hot chocolate. This cupcake is like enjoying a cup of comforting chocolate drink, but you can eat it with your hands. So you will find the chocolate taste is not too strong, but provides the same warmth and comfort as sipping a cup of hot chocolate.
Thank you for sharing, I would love to try these!
Oh dang! I am definitely trying this out for the holidays. I’m a sucker for cookies and cream
Are any of these cookies freezable?
Yes, you can freeze cookies after they’re baked or freeze the dough.
