- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 medium green pepper diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic clove
- 1 16-ounce can tomatoes diced
- ยฝ cup water
- ยฝ cup uncooked long-grain rice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ยฝ teaspoon salt
