  • Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt the caramels and evaporated milk in a small saucepan, stirring constantly.
  • Add the Cheerios and all except 2 tablespoons of the chopped Butterfinger bars. Stir together quickly and press into your prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining Butterfinger bars over the top and press in. Work quickly; the caramels set fast.
  • Allow them to set firmly about 2 to 3 hours. Once set, cut them into bars or squares.
  • Melt the chocolate melting wafers in a shallow microwave-safe bowl at 30-second increments, stirring between each increment.
  • Once the chocolate is melted and smooth, dip the bottom (You can dip the whole bar in the chocolate, you'll just need more chocolate.) of each bar in the melted chocolate. Place on parchment to dry completely.
  • Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
