BURRATA CHARCUTERIE BOARD
What is Burrata?
Burrata is a ball of fresh cowโs milk mozzarella. The outside is solid mozzarella. The inside is made of curds and cream, giving it an unusual, soft texture. Some people describe the inside texture as โsimilar to full-fat ricotta cheeseโ. Itโs super soft and very flavorful.

I stand by my statement that the easiest way to entertain is by serving a Charcuterie Board. Entertaining is a cinch with this deliciously burrata cheese and charcuterie board
What is Charcuterie?
Charcuterie means simply ‘cured meats.’ Weโre making a munching spread basically with cured meats, crackers, burrata cheese, olives, fresh fruit, dried fruits, olives, pickles, and nuts. You can choose as much or as little of these items and mix and match as you like.
Donโt want to over-complicate your meat and cheese board. There are literally hundreds of combinations of meats, cheeses, and condiments you can use for your Charcuterie Board, such as my favorite blue cheese stuffed olives. Fill it full of what you like and what will please your guests.
