Caramel Brownie Bites
Brownie Bites are something the boys love to help me make.ย I’d like to think it’s to be with me,ย actually, because they like brownie batter almost as much as cookie dough.
This is what you’ll need (plus ingredients to actually make the brownies)
Mix the dough according to the package directions. Next, spoon the mixture into your muffin tins and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Watch carefully and don’t overcook them. While the brownies are baking, unwrap 15 chocolate-covered caramels. (go ahead and eat 3 and save 12 for the brownies)
As soon as they come out of the oven, push a chocolate-covered caramel candy into the center of the brownie.
Allow the brownies to cool for about five minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
I think you’ll also enjoy these brownies.
