BLTA Wraps, Bacon Lettuce Tomato Avocado Wraps, make The. Perfect. Lunch. Crispy bacon, crunchy lettuce, creamy avocado, and juicy tomatoes…it’s quick, easy, low-carb, and Whole 30. All the good things! And, guess what… They’re DELICIOUS too!! Like seriously delicious!
As mentioned, these are great for a light lunch. They also make a good appetizer for showers or afternoon tea.

BLTA Wraps
I know, you see a healthy meal and scroll right past it. Don’t do it! Stop! You need to try this! These wraps are like eating just the ‘good stuff’ off the top of a salad. I may be guilty of that. 😏 The lettuce to ‘good stuff’ ratio is like 3, ah, maybe, even 4 to 1. That’s 4x the good stuff to 1 teensy piece of lettuce.
Great ratio!
What you’ll need (& it isn’t much!)

- Lettuce. Like Romaine or bibb
- Tomatoes.
- Bacon. Traditional or turkey bacon.
- Avocado.
- Pickled red onion.
- Parsley leaves for garnish.
- Dressing. I used tzatziki. Ranch or Chipotle ranch would be good. Or, you can use mayonnaise.
- Optional, add a protein like cooked, chopped chicken or shrimp.
- Optional, you can add anything else you want like sunflower seeds, green onions or chives, boiled eggs, cucumbers, feta, blue cheese, etc.
BLTA Wrap Method and Tips
Cook the bacon crisp, then crumble it.
Next, dice the tomato and avocado about the same size.
You can make tzatziki or ranch or purchase it.
You’ll want to carefully combine the ingredients so that you don’t break it up.
If you’re serving this at a party, you may consider plating it on a tray of ice to keep it chilled.

BLTA Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 or 2 slices bacon cooked and chopped
- 2 or 3 medium lettuce leaves Romaine or Bibb
- 1 small tomatoes or 4 grape tomatoes
- ½ medium avocados diced
- 1 to 2 tablespoons tzatziki or Ranch
- 1 tablespoon pickled red onions
- fresh parsley chopped
- any other vegetables you like
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine bacon, tomatoes, avocado, and tzatziki. Toss gently to combine.
- Scoop the mixture into your lettuce leaves. Garnish with parsley. Serve.
