    • Preheat the oven to 395โ„‰ | 200โ„ƒ. Grease a sheet pan with oil or line it with foil and coat the foil with oil for easier cleanup.
    • Add chicken in a large bowl. Season with salt, pepper and cornstarch. Place on one end of the sheet pan. Add bell pepper on the other side. Drizzle with oil and bake for 15 minutes.
      2 lb chicken breast, ยผ teaspoon sea salt, ยผ teaspoon ground black pepper, 3 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 large green bell pepper, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

    Thai Sauce

    • In a small bowl, stir together oil, soy sauce, ginger, red pepper flakes, garlic and brown sugar. Pour on the sheet pan and stir all together. Bake for another 5 minutes.
      1 teaspoon sesame oil, ยผ cup soy sauce, 1 teaspoon ginger, 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon brown sugar
    • Remove from the oven and garnish with sesame and green onions.
