Crunchy, salty, perfectly seasoned, Baked Seasoned Ritz Bits so quick and easy to make. it’ll become your new favorite snack!
Stopping at one or even one handful of this snack is so NOT possible! They are addictive. And, when I say ‘addictive’ I mean it!
They are crispy, crunchy, buttery, salty, and spicy.
Baked Seasoned Ritz Bits
One of the best attributes of this recipe is they take about 5 minutes of prep time. The oven does the recipe of the work.
Baked Seasoned Ritz Bits starts with Ritz Bits snack crackers. Then, they’re coated in butter and spices, think Chex Mix flavors. Finally, they’re baked for 20 minutes until they are crispy.
This recipe is great for parties. They’ll be the first to go. They make a great snack with popcorn and chips for a munch-feast movie night. And, they’re great to snack on at barbecues and summer parties.
Need a homemade gift? This is it!
The only problem with this recipe is they go way to fast. I highly suggest doubling the recipe!!

Ritz bits cheese ? Or peanut butter ? I didn’t see a specification
peanut butter
The recipe says cheese, just curious which one? Or does both work?
You can use either the cheese Ritz Bits or the peanut butter Ritz Bits for this recipe.
The photo shows the snacks looking like they are stuffed in a sandwich style with a filling of some sort. However, the recipe seems to call for crackers placed flat on a sheet pan. Is there a filling?
It’s made with Ritz Bits
Peanut butter mini ritz crackers.
I have installed “whatever” but still no recipes to be found. How do you uninstall?
I noticed after the recipe, the carb count was 2g. How can that be when it says 18g carbs on the box?
I don’t calculate that, it’s based on what’s typed in and I don’t have control over it. Obviously, it’s an error in this case.
Is there any way, these could be made without using the oven? Our camper does not have an oven and would like to keep on hand for our extended 4 plus week trip. Love the everything bagel seasoning, sprinkle on homemade rolls. Thanks for a great recipe!
They can be made in small batches in a toaster oven or on a grill. Pre-heat grill to 250°F. Place ingredients in a large roasting pan. Place pan on the grill and smoke at 250°F. Stir every 10 minutes. You’ll need to test for crispness but I think it’ll take 45 -60 minutes. After they’re completely cool, store in an airtight container.
Thank you so much for responding with an answer to my dilemma. Our camper toaster oven is really small, but using the grill is a great answer. We will be making these this week at home with the grandkids. Thanks again.
Oh my goodness, these look so flavorful! Thanks for sharing the recipe.
