Bacon Cheese Crescent Rolls Tips

  1. The cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese will mix together much easier if they are at room temperature.
  2. Cook the bacon earlier in the day to save time.
  3. You can even mix the filling ingredients and refrigerate beforehand then, fill, roll, and bake just before serving.
  4. Finally, I cook the rolls on a light colored baking sheet this way the bottom doesnโ€™t get dark brown. (I hate when the bottoms are browned and the top isnโ€™t.)

  1. Do you separate the triangles and put a tablespoon in each triangle? But that would only give you 8 pieces.
