10 Minute Enchilada Sauce Recipe

You’re just a few ingredients and about 10 minutes away from his luscious sauce. It’s so easy I don’t think I’ll ever return to eating store-bought enchilada sauce.ย This is a staple sauce that I now keep on hand.

As much as the boys like Mexican-style food, I don’t know why I haven’t made Enchilada Sauce. I was intimidated,ย but with this easy recipe, you don’t have to be.

  • Gradually stir tomato sauce, water, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar into the flour mixture. Salt to taste. Reduce heat to low and cook until thickened, about 10 minutes.
